Getting Started: Core Users

Welcome to the Visiting Media platform! You now have direct login access to your property's visual content, giving you more control and faster turnaround when you need to share photos, videos, or your full virtual tour.

Core access is designed for property teams who need quick, reliable access to their Asset Library and TrueTour. Here's what you can do and how to get started.

What You Can Do with Core

With Core access, you can:

With Property Admin Access:

• View and organize your Asset Library – Browse all your property's photos, videos, floor plans, and 360° content in one central location
• Upload new assets – Add photos and videos anytime to keep your content current
• Manage collections and tags – Organize assets by room type, event style, or season so you can find what you need quickly

Without Property Admin Access: 

• Share individual assets – Send single photos or videos directly to planners, clients, or partners via email or link
• Update your TrueTour
• Share your TrueTour – Access and share your property's complete virtual tour with all assets included
• Track engagement – See when shared assets are opened, so you know your content is reaching the right people

Core gives you everything you need to manage and share your property's visual content efficiently. No waiting for someone else to send files or update photos.

Getting Started in Three Steps

1. Explore Your Asset Library

After logging in, you'll land on your Dashboard. Select Asset Library from the left navigation to see all your property's content. 

Use the search and filter tools to find specific assets:

• Search by filename or keyword
• Filter by asset type (photos, videos, 360° images, floor plans)
• Browse collections organized by room type or space

Take a few minutes to get familiar with what's available—this is your go-to place for all visual content.

2. Upload New Content

Need to add updated photos or seasonal content? Select +New in the Asset Library to add new files.

Upload multiple files at once, and the platform will automatically organize them with AI-powered tagging. You can also add custom tags or assign assets to collections as needed.

Fresh content means planners and clients always see your property at its best.

3. Share Your First Asset

The fastest way to see Core in action is to share something. Select any asset in your Asset Library, then choose Share to send it via:

• Copy link (paste into any message or platform)

You'll be able to track when your shared asset is opened, giving you visibility into engagement without manual follow-up.

Finding Your TrueTour

Your TrueTour is your property's complete virtual tour, showcasing all your spaces in one immersive experience.

To access it:

1. Select Catalog from the left navigation

2. Your TrueTour appears at the top of the Catalog
3. Select it to preview, then choose Share to send it to clients, prospects, or partners

Your TrueTour is always up to date with the latest assets in your Asset Library, so you're always sharing current content.

What Core Doesn't Include

Core access focuses on asset management and sharing. If your team needs to create custom tours tailored to specific RFPs, site inspections, or client proposals, Plus or Pro tiers unlock the Builder tool for creating purpose-built tours.

Core also doesn't include access to analytics dashboards. You can still track when shared assets are opened, but deeper engagement insights are available with Plus or Pro.

Tips for Success

Organize as you go – Assign tags and collections when uploading new assets so you can find them quickly later.

Share early and often – The more you share directly from the Asset Library, the more efficient your workflow becomes.

Bookmark your Dashboard – Save your login URL for quick access anytime you need to grab an asset or share your TrueTour.
