Overview
Portfolio Showcase gives enterprise customers a self-service way to build and share a branded overview of their property portfolio. You can create a showcase of your TrueTours, share it as a single link with your global sales team, and update it yourself — no request to Visiting Media required.
Why It Matters
Enterprise sales teams have long relied on the Legacy Content Hub to give above-property sellers a single destination to access and share property TrueTours with clients. Portfolio Showcase brings that experience fully into the Visiting Media platform, where your property content already lives, and puts the management of it in your hands.
- Build and share as many showcases as you need — by region, property type, or specific client
- Portfolios that include properties not yet on Visiting Media can now be represented in full — you can add custom tiles for non-VM properties with a name, address, photo, and website link
- Add your logo and brand color — the showcase looks like yours, not ours
- Set Coming Soon flags for properties under renovation
How It Works
Step 1: Configure Portfolio Settings
Before you build your first showcase, a Portfolio Admin should set up Portfolio Settings:
- Upload your organization's logo (displayed on every public showcase)
- Set your brand colors
- Enable or disable individual properties from appearing in the showcase builder
- Add any properties not on Visiting Media as custom tiles (name, address, photo, and optional link required)
Step 2: Build a Showcase
From the Enterprise dashboard, open Portfolio Showcase and click to create a new one.
- Select the properties to include — all available properties are selected by default; deselect any you don't want
- Drag to reorder properties in the sequence you prefer
- Add a title, description, and optional tags
- Share — copy the link, download a QR code, generate an embed code, or send directly to contacts
Step 3: Share and Manage
Your showcase is published as a public-facing page with property cards showing images, names, addresses, and links to each property's website and TrueTour. Visitors can search by property name or location.
All showcases live in your Showcase Catalog, where you can filter by owner and status, favorite frequently used showcases, and manage multiple showcases across your organization.
