Portfolio Showcases make it easy to put your best properties in front of buyers. Showcase Analytics gives you a clear view of how those showcases are actually performing, so you can see what's resonating, spot opportunities to improve, and make confident decisions about what to share next.
What You'll See
Showcase Analytics lives under Insights in the left navigation. You'll also notice that Analytics is now called Content Analytics, making it easier to tell the two apart at a glance.
Your Enterprise Dashboard includes a redesigned summary with:
- A snapshot of your Content Analytics and Showcase Analytics performance over the past 7 days
- A View Showcases button so you can quickly access and share your team's work
Select Details from the dashboard to jump straight into the full Showcase Analytics page.
Explore Showcase Performance
The Showcase Analytics page is your home base for understanding how your showcases are doing as a whole. Here you can:
- View your team's total views, average time spent, average properties viewed, and total showcases for the selected time period
- See a donut chart breaking down your top performing showcases
- Browse a table of your team's showcases, with performance data for each one with activity in the selected timeframe
- Adjust the date range to focus on the period that matters to you
- Export your data as a CSV for reporting or deeper analysis
This view helps you quickly identify which showcases are driving the most reach, who on your team is sharing them, and how your portfolio is trending over time.
Drill Into a Single Showcase
Curious why a particular showcase is performing the way it is? Select the showcase name, or double-click anywhere on its row, to open the Showcase Snapshot Drawer.
Inside the drawer, you'll find:
- Total views and average properties viewed for that showcase
- A date selector so you can review a specific time frame
- A property ranking that shows which four properties are getting the most views and which four are getting the least
- A breakdown of TrueTour views versus website views for each property
- An actions menu for managing the showcase directly from the drawer
- Quick links to export CSV data, view the showcase, or view full showcase details
For showcases with nine or more properties, the ranking splits into Most Viewed and Least Viewed lists so you can spot standout performers and properties that may need attention. Showcases with eight or fewer properties show a single ranked list.
If a property in your showcase is hosted externally, it will show zero TrueTour views with a tooltip explaining why, so you always know what you're looking at.
What This Means for Portfolio Admins and Users
Portfolio Admins and Portfolio Users see the same dashboard summary, Showcase Analytics page, and snapshot drawer experience. Portfolio Users won't have access to Settings or the Users page, and Properties will appear as view-only, but everything you need to evaluate showcase performance is right there.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Showcase Analytics is built to give you a strong foundation for tracking performance today, with more on the way:
- CSV export is available now; PDF export is planned for a future release
- This first version focuses on clear, reliable data so you can make decisions with confidence; AI-powered insights are planned to follow
