Smart Tour Builder lets Pro users create a ready-to-send custom tour from a single natural-language prompt. Describe the event, the client, or the opportunity, and the AI returns a complete tour draft with a name, description, tags, and a curated asset selection.

How to Use Smart Tour Builder
- From the dashboard, select Build a Custom Tour, then Respond to an RFP.
- Type a description of what you need (the event type, client, use case, or any relevant details).

Click the + to upload an RFP document, like a PDF of the event details.
- Click Generate tour.
- Review the generated draft.
- Click Edit prompt to adjust, or Create tour to continue to Builder.
You can re-prompt if you want to build on top of a response at any point during your session. To relaunch to Smart Tour Builder click the Create with AI button on the top left.
Important Notes
- You stay in control. Every AI-generated tour is a fully editable Custom Tour. Rename it, re-tag it, swap assets, or restructure it before you send it.
- Add files for more context. Attach a PDF event brief or a reference image to help the AI tailor the tour to your situation. Attached files are used for that generation only and are not saved to your Asset Library or the tour itself.
- Spot AI-built tours at a glance. Tours created with Smart Tour Builder display a small sparkle badge so you can distinguish them from manually built tours.
- No setup needed. Smart Tour Builder is available automatically on all Pro accounts. The next time you open a Respond to RFP tour, the Create with AI button will be there.
- Here are the accepted file types and sizes:
- Documents: PDF, RTF, Markdown, TXT, CSV
- Images: PNG, JPEG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF.
- Up to 8 files, 5 MB each.
- Prompt text field: 4,000 character maximum
