Getting Started: Set Up Your Account

Welcome to the Visiting Media platform! When you sign in for the first time, you'll complete a quick setup that helps you present yourself professionally when sharing tours with clients. This takes just a few minutes and ensures your profile is ready to go.

What You'll Complete

Your account setup happens in three steps:

• Enter your username and password
• Add your contact information and job title
• Upload a profile photo (optional)

Your profile details appear on your digital business card, making it easy for clients to reach you after viewing a tour.

Step 1: Enter Your Username and Password

The first time you access the platform, you'll enter your login credentials.

Enter Your Username:

• Enter the email address you'll use to sign in
• This becomes your username for all future logins

Enter Your Password:

• Enter the password you set upon activating your account.

Once you've entered your email and your password, click Continue.

Step 2: Enter Your Contact Information

You'll now complete Part 1 of 2 of your profile.

Required Fields:

• Full Name – Enter your first and last name (appears on your business card)
• Email – Pre-filled from Step 1
• Title – Enter your job title (e.g., "Sales Manager," "Director of Events")
• Work Phone – Enter your work number; select your country code if needed

Optional Fields:

• Cell Phone – Add your mobile number if you'd like clients to reach you directly
• Time Zone – Choose your time zone to coordinate meetings and display accurate timestamps

Once you've filled in your details, click Continue.

Step 3: Add Your Profile Photo (Optional)

You'll now see Part 2 of 2, where you can upload a profile photo.

To add a photo:

1. Click the upload area or drag and drop your image
2. Accepted formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF
3. Your photo displays in your profile and on your business card

If you skip this step:

• Your initials will display instead
• You can always add or update your photo later from My Account

To manage your photo later:

• Click Replace to change your photo
• Click Edit to adjust your current photo
• Click Remove to delete your photo and return to initials

When you're ready, click Complete.

You're All Set!

After completing your profile, you'll land on your dashboard, where you can explore the platform, upload assets, and start creating tours.

Signing In Next Time

For future visits:

1. Go to the Visiting Media sign-in page
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click Sign in

You can also choose Sign in with Google if you prefer.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page to reset it.

Update Your Profile Anytime

You can edit your profile information whenever you need:

1. Navigate to My Account from the left-hand menu
2. Update your business card details or profile photo
3. Save your changes
