Get Asset Links and Script Codes

When you need shareable links and embed codes for multiple assets at once, the Asset Library's CSV export gives you everything in one file. You can also access these same links and codes directly through the Asset Library for individual assets.

Export Asset Links from Your Library

Select Asset Library from the left navigation. Use filters, collections, or search to display the assets you want to export. Once you see the assets you need, select the export option to download a CSV file containing distribution script codes and links for each asset.

The CSV downloads immediately and includes shareable links and embed codes for every asset currently displayed in your view. If you filter by a specific collection or asset type before exporting, the CSV reflects only those results.

What to Use from the CSV

The downloaded CSV contains several distribution options for each asset. Use these columns:

• Link: The shareable URL for the asset that you can send via email, messaging, or add to documents
• Popup Modal Script: JavaScript code to display the asset in a modal overlay on your website
• Embed: HTML code to embed the asset directly into a webpage
• QR Code: A scannable code that opens the asset when scanned with a mobile device

Do not use the Raw URL column. This field contains technical data not intended for distribution.

Get Links Directly from the Platform

You can also access these same links and codes without downloading a CSV:

• Navigate to any asset in your Asset Library
• Click the Share icon or three-dot menu
• Copy the link, embed code, or QR code you need

This method works well when you only need distribution codes for one or two assets. Use the CSV export when you need links for many assets at once.

When to Use Each Method

CSV Download: Best for bulk distribution needs. Export links for your entire meeting space collection, all room types, or any filtered set of assets. Useful when setting up new vanity websites or preparing links for your sales team.

Direct Platform Access: Best for day-to-day sharing. Quickly grab a link or script code for a single ballroom photo, floor plan, or 360° tour without opening a spreadsheet.

Both methods give you the same distribution codes. The difference is workflow: CSV for bulk needs, platform for quick individual shares.
