The Catalog is your central library for accessing and managing tours at your property. As a Plus-tier user, you can view all property tours, create one custom tour per user, and track sharing activity.
What's Included in the Plus Catalog
Plus Tier includes:
- Access to your property's TrueTour
- One custom tour per user
- View all tours created by your team
- Basic sharing activity tracking
- Ability to duplicate, edit, and share tours
To unlock additional capabilities:
- Upgrade to Pro for unlimited custom tours and detailed engagement tracking
Accessing Your Catalog
- Click Catalog in the left navigation menu under "Enablement."
- You'll see the Catalog page with all available tours organized into sections
Understanding Catalog Sections
The Catalog organizes tours into two main sections:
Property Tours
Property Tours displays all tours available at your property, including:
- Your property's TrueTour (the complete property tour)
- Your one custom tour (if created)
- Custom tours created by other team members
The number next to "Property Tours" shows the total count of all tours at your property (e.g., "161").
My Tours
My Tours shows your custom tour (if you've created one). This makes it easy to quickly access and manage your personal tour without searching through all property tours.
The number next to "My Tours" shows how many tours you've created (maximum of 1 for Plus tier).
Filtering and Searching Tours
At the top of the Catalog, you'll find several tools to help you find specific tours:
Filter options:
- Owner: Filter by who created the tour
- Shared by: Filter by who shared the tour
- Status: Filter by tour status
Search:
- Use the search bar to find tours by name
- Type keywords to quickly locate specific tours
Create new tours:
- Click the + New button in the top right to create your custom tour (one per user)
- Note: Once you've created your custom tour, you won't be able to create additional tours unless you upgrade to Pro
Understanding the Tour List
Each tour in the Catalog displays the following information in columns:
- Checkbox: Select tours for actions
- Star icon: Favorite tours for quick access
- Title: Name of the tour
- Owner: Who created the tour (shown with initials or profile photo)
- Shared by: Team members who have shared this tour (shown with initials)
- Shares: Total number of times the tour has been shared
- Created: Date the tour was created
- Actions: Quick access menu (three dots) for tour options
Working with Tours
Quick Actions from the Tour List
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column to:
- View Details: See tour information and sharing activity
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the tour to customize
- Preview: View the tour as clients would see it
- Move to Trash: Delete the tour (frees up your one custom tour slot)
Editing Tours
- Click the pencil icon next to tours you have permission to edit
- Or click the three-dot menu and select your preferred action
- Make your changes and save
Note: Only property admins can edit the TrueTour. All users can share it, but editing permissions are restricted to maintain brand consistency.
Viewing Tour Details and Sharing Activity
Access Tour Details
- Click on any tour title to open the Details panel
- Or click the three-dot menu and select View Details
Details Tab
The Details tab shows:
- When the tour was created and by whom
- Description: Add or edit a description (500 characters max) explaining what the tour is and how it should be used
- Custom tags: Add tags to keep tours organized
- Type tags and press Enter to separate
- Click Suggested tags for AI-generated tag recommendations
Shares Tab
The Shares tab displays sharing activity:
- Search: Find specific shares by date
- Total shares count: "Displaying X of X shares"
Share details table:
- Method: How the tour was shared (Link, Email, SMS)
- Contact: Shows as "-" (contact tracking available in Pro)
- Engagement: Shows "Not Opened" status (detailed engagement tracking available in Pro)
- Shared by: Who sent the tour (shown with initials or profile photo)
- Shared: Date and time the tour was shared
- Actions: Additional options for each share

Available Actions
From the Details panel, use the buttons at the top to:
- More: Access additional options (Duplicate, Move to Trash, View Analytics)
- Share: Send the tour to clients
- Preview: View the tour as clients see it
- Edit: Make changes to the tour (if you have permission)
Managing Your Custom Tour
Creating Your One Custom Tour
As a Plus user, you can create one custom tour:
- Click + New in the top right of the Catalog
- Follow the Builder workflow to create your tour
- Once created, this tour appears in both "Property Tours" and "My Tours"
Duplicating Tours
You can duplicate any tour, but remember:
- You can only have one custom tour active at a time
- To create a new custom tour from a duplicate, you'll need to delete your existing custom tour first
- The TrueTour cannot be deleted (it's your property's main tour)
Moving Your Custom Tour to Trash
If you want to create a different custom tour:
- Click the three-dot menu next to your existing custom tour
- Select Move to Trash, the tour will be removed.
- This frees up your one custom tour slot
- You can now create a new custom tour
Understanding TrueTour Permissions
Your property's TrueTour has special permissions:
- All users can view and share the TrueTour
- Only property admins can edit the TrueTour
- This ensures your main property tour stays consistent and on-brand while remaining accessible to your entire team

- Use tags and descriptions to document your tour's purpose
- Make your custom tour versatile enough to use across multiple scenarios
- Favorite frequently used tours for quick access
Track performance:
- Review sharing activity to see how often your tour is being used
- Monitor the overall share count to gauge interest
