Create a Custom Tour: Select Your Goal and Assets

Access Builder

1. Select Builder from the left navigation menu

2. You'll see the Builder home screen

What you see on the Builder home screen depends on your tier:

• Core: Builder is not available at your tier. You'll see information about upgrading to Plus or Pro to unlock custom tour creation.
• Plus: If you haven't created your one custom tour yet, you can start creating. If you've already created your custom tour, you'll see information about upgrading to Pro for unlimited tours.
• Pro: You have full access to create unlimited custom tours using any available workflow.

Start a New Tour

Choose Your Goal

When you start creating a new tour, Builder asks: "What do you want to accomplish?"

Select a sales goal:

Builder organizes workflows by common sales scenarios to help you create the right type of tour quickly.

1. Site Inspection: Create a guided preview showcasing event spaces, amenities, and key details for clients
2. Respond to an RFP: Build a tailored presentation highlighting spaces, capacities, and requested features

Select the goal that matches your current need. Builder will guide you through the specific steps for that workflow.

If you prefer to build without a specific goal in mind, you can also start with a blank tour and add assets manually.

Select Assets

The Assets step shows your full Asset Library, organized by collections.

Choose which content to include:

1. Browse the collection tabs at the top:
   • All
   • Other
   • Public Spaces
   • Meetings & Events
   • Rooms & Suites
   • Bars & Restaurants
   • More (additional custom collections)
2. Use the filters to narrow your options:
   • Type: Filter by 360° Photos, 3D Models, Virtual Tours, Videos, Photos, or Documents
     1. 
   • Tags: Filter by specific features or spaces
     1. 
   • User: See assets uploaded by specific team members
     1. 
3. Search for specific assets using the search bar
   • 
4. Select assets by clicking the checkbox in the upper right corner of each asset thumbnail
   • 
5. Click Select all to add all assets from the currently displayed collection at once
   • 

As you select assets, they're added to your tour. The asset count appears in the step indicator at the top (e.g., "Assets 64").

When you're finished selecting assets, click Next: Customize to continue.
