Your TrueTour and Custom Tours (Plus and Pro) can be customized to match your exact asset order display preferences. The Customize step lets you control how your assets appear and add personalized elements.
To edit your Custom Tour, start in the Catalog. Select the tour you want to edit. You can edit your individual Property Tours (Pro and Plus) with the pencil icon.
To edit your TrueTour, select "Edit" from the top menu.
Builder
After selecting Edit, you will enter the Builder.
Assets
When you first enter the Builder, you will be in stage one, Assets. Ensure that you have selected all the assets you wish to include. For TrueTour, all assets are included by default.
Then advance to 2, Customize.
Customize
To reorder and organize your tours:
- Expand the Collection order section
- Each collection shows:
- Collection name
- Number of assets in that collection
- Asset thumbnails in the current order
- Drag collections up or down to change the order they appear in your tour
- Click on a collection to expand it and see the assets inside
- Drag individual assets to reorder them within a collection
- Click the three-dot menu on any asset to:
- Rename the asset (appears only in this tour)
- Remove it from the tour
- Set it as the starting point
Add linked content (All tiers):
- Expand the Linked content section
- Click Add link
- Select URL to add a new link, or select Asset to add a link from your Asset Library
- If it’s a new link, give it a descriptive title
- Choose where the link displays:
- In the main menu
- Attached to a specific asset
- The link will automatically save to your tour
Links can point to menus, floor plans, contracts, booking pages, or any other relevant content.
Add audio messages (Pro only):
- Expand the Audio messages section
- Click Add audio message
- Record your message directly in the browser or upload a pre-recorded file
- Choose where the audio plays:
- As an introduction to the tour
- Attached to a specific collection or asset
- Add a title or description
Audio messages let you add a personal touch, explain unique features, or guide prospects through the space with your voice.
If you're on Plus tier, you'll see the Audio messages section with a note that this feature is available with Pro. This helps you understand what additional personalization options become available when you upgrade.
Control tour display settings:
- Expand the Settings section
- Toggle each option on or off:
- Header Navigation: Display or hide the top menu
- Main menu: Pin the menu in the open position or let it collapse
- Business card: Display or hide your business card on the tour (Plus and Pro only)
- Property info: Display or hide property details
- Search: Display or hide the search function
If you're on Core tier, you won't see the business card toggle since business cards only appear on tours created by Plus and Pro users.
Preview your business card (Plus and Pro only):
If the business card toggle is on, you'll see a preview of how your card will appear to tour viewers, including:
- Your profile photo
- Name and title
- Contact information (based on your My Account settings)
When you're finished customizing, click Next: Details to continue.
Details
The Details sttage is where you add descriptive information that helps you and your team manage tours.
Complete the tour information:
- The Created on date and creator name display at the top (automatically recorded)

Description (optional):
- Explain what this tour is and how it should be used
- Maximum 500 characters
- Example: "Site inspection tour for corporate retreat groups. Highlights meeting spaces, team-building areas, and upgraded accommodations."

Custom tags (optional):
- Add tags to organize your tours
- Type a tag name and press Enter to add it
- Click Suggested tags to see AI-recommended options
- Use tags like: RFP Response, Site Inspection, Wedding, Corporate, Q1 2026
Tags help you find tours later and see patterns in what types of content you create most often.
When you're finished adding details, click Next: Share to continue.
Now your tour is ready to be shared via SMS, email, link or QR code.
