Understanding Trends

Analytics show percentage changes from the previous week:

• Green arrows ↗ = Performance increase
• Red arrows ↘ = Performance decrease

Tips for Using Your Dashboard

Work efficiently:

• Use action cards to jump directly to tasks
• Preview content before sharing
• Check analytics weekly (if available)

Plus users:

• Focus your one custom tour on your most common sales scenario
• Use asset analytics to choose high-performing content

Pro users:

• Review all three analytics modules weekly
• Track which tours and channels drive the most engagement

Core users:

• Consider Plus for asset analytics and custom tours
• Consider Pro for unlimited tours and complete analytics
