When you see "Draft" next to a custom tour in your Catalog, it means you've started creating it but haven't finalized it yet. Draft status helps you save your work in progress and return to finish it whenever you're ready, without losing anything you've already done.
What Draft Status Means
A tour displays the Draft indicator when you've started building a custom tour through the Builder workflow but haven't completed the final Share stage. Your work is automatically saved at every step, so you can pause and pick up right where you left off.
Tours without a Draft label have been completed and shared, either sent to prospects or marked as complete in the Share stage.
The Builder Workflow
Creating a custom tour follows four guided stages:
Assets — Select the photos, videos, floor plans, and other content you want to include in your tour.
Customize — Arrange your assets in the order that tells your story best, rename collections, and adjust the visual flow.
Details — Add context like linked content, audio messages, and purpose-driven details that help prospects understand what they're viewing.
Share — Send your tour via email, SMS, copy link, QR code, or embed code. You can also mark it complete without sending.
When Draft Status Is Removed
Your tour moves out of Draft status when you either share it with a prospect or select "Complete" in the Share stage. You don't need to go through every stage in order, but the tour remains a draft until you finish the Share stage.
Why This Helps You Work Faster
Draft status means you can start a tour during one conversation, save your progress, and complete it when you have the full details you need. This is especially helpful when you're responding to multiple opportunities at once or waiting for specific information before finalizing your approach.
All your draft tours are saved automatically and accessible from your Catalog whenever you're ready to continue.
