Your digital business card helps prospects connect with you directly from any tour you share. Set it up once, and it automatically appears on every tour you create, making it easy for planners and buyers to reach you when they're ready to take the next step.

What Your Digital Business Card Includes

Your business card displays your professional information alongside your tours, giving prospects multiple ways to reach you:

• Full name and job title
• Email address and phone number
• Property or company name
• Profile photo

Think of it as your always-available contact information that travels with your content—no need to manually add your details to every tour or email.

Access Your Business Card Settings

1. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the platform
2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu
3. Navigate to the Business Card tab

You'll see a live preview of your card on the screen as you make changes.

Preview and Test Your Card

Before sharing tours with prospects, verify everything looks professional:

• Check spelling and formatting in all fields
• Confirm your phone number and email are correct
• Click your social media links to ensure they work
• Test your call-to-action button

Who Can See Your Digital Business Card

Plus and Pro tiers: Your business card displays on every tour you create and share. Prospects see it when they view your content, making it easy for them to reach out.

Core tier: Digital business cards are not displayed on tours in this tier. If you'd like to add your contact information to the tours you share, consider upgrading to Plus to unlock this feature along with guided tour creation workflows.

Update Your Card Anytime

Your business card information isn't locked. You can update it whenever your contact details or role changes:

• New phone number or email? Update it once in My Account
• Promotion or title change? Edit your job title
• Refreshed headshot? Upload a new photo

All changes apply to future tours automatically. Previously shared tours will continue to display the information that was active when you sent them.
