The Users page is where Property Admins manage team access to the property. You can invite new users, assign roles, and view user details.
Note: Only Property Admins can access the Users page. General Users do not have permission to view or manage users.
Accessing the Users Page
- Click Users in the left navigation menu under "Property."
- You'll see a list of all users at your property
What you'll see:
- User: Name and profile photo or initials
- Email: User's email address
- Role: Property Admin or User
- Status: Current invitation or account status
- Last active: Most recent login date
- Actions: Quick access menu (three dots) for user options
Inviting Users
You can invite users one at a time or multiple users at once.
Invite a Single User
- Click the + Invite button in the top right
- Select Invite a user from the dropdown
- Choose the role: Property admin or User
- Enter the user's First name, Last name, and Email
- Click Send invite to complete
- Or click Send + invite another to invite the first user and immediately open a fresh invite form
The invited user will appear in your Users list immediately and receive an email invitation.
Invite Multiple Users
- Click the + Invite button in the top right
- Select Invite multiple users from the dropdown
- Choose the role: Property admin or User (all invited users will receive the same role)
- Enter email addresses in the text field, one per line
- Click Send invites to complete
All invited users will appear in your Users list and receive email invitations.
Note: You can only invite users to one property at a time and assign one role per invitation. If a user already exists at your property, you'll see an error preventing duplicate invitations.
Viewing User Details
To see more information about any user:
- Click the
on the user's row in the Users table and select “View user”
- The User Profile modal opens with three tabs:
Personal Info Tab
- Work phone, cell phone, email, timezone, and User ID
- View-only for all users
Business Card Tab
- Preview of the user's digital business card
- Shows how their contact information appears when they share tours
Role Tab
- Current role assignment
- Option to change the user's role (if you have permission)
Changing User Roles
You can upgrade or downgrade users between Property Admin and User roles.
From the Users Page
- Click on the active user's row in the Users table and select “Edit role.”
- In the modal, use the dropdown and select Property admin or User to update the role
- Click confirm, and the role updates immediately
From the User Profile Modal
- Click on a user's row to open their profile
- Navigate to the Role tab
- Use the Change role dropdown to select Property admin or User
- The role updates immediately
Important: You cannot change your own role. This prevents permission conflicts and accidental lockouts.
Managing User Access
Remove a User from a Property
On the Users Page
To remove a user’s access to the property:
- Click on the user's row in the Users table and select the “Deactivate user” option
- Confirm the removal
On the User Details Page
- Click on the user's row in the Users table and select the “View user” option
- In the top right corner, select the “Deactivate” button
- Confirm the removal
Remove Multiple Users
To remove multiple users’ access to the property:
- Click the checkbox next to the user’s name
- In the top right corner of the page, select the action ellipses
- Click the Deactivate users button that appears
- Confirm the removal
Important: You cannot remove yourself from the Users page. This prevents accidental lockouts and ensures at least one admin remains.
