Enhance your Radisson brand website with immersive virtual tours that give travelers and planners an interactive preview of your property. This guide shows you how to add virtual tours to your Overview page using the Visiting Media platform.
Why Add Virtual Tours to Your Radisson Website
Virtual tours on your Overview page create powerful first impressions and help convert browsers into bookers:
- Deliver instant virtual site tours: Give customers an immersive way to explore your hotel from anywhere, making them feel like they're already there
- Drive engagement beyond static images: Interactive content keeps travelers exploring longer and builds genuine excitement about their potential stay
- Save time on inquiries: Let your tour answer initial questions visually, minimizing early-stage back-and-forth with prospects
- Drive confident bookings: When travelers can visualize their stay during the booking flow, they're more likely to complete their reservation with confidence
Product tiers: This integration works with Plus and Pro tiers of the Visiting Media platform.
Value drivers: Event bookings, group bookings, direct reservations
What Content Works Best on Overview Pages
Your Overview page should give travelers a comprehensive first impression of your entire property:
Recommended content:
- Enhanced 3D Models – Let visitors walk through lobbies, public spaces, and key areas virtually
- 360° Photos – Provide realistic, detailed views of restaurants, bars, spas, pools, and lounges
- Aerial 360° – Show your property's location and surrounding area in context
- Nearby Attraction Tours – Highlight local destinations that appeal to leisure travelers and groups
- Video Productions – Engage visitors with dynamic, narrated property walkthroughs
These immersive formats help travelers understand your property's character and make confident booking decisions.

- Copy your desired asset link
If you have Pro tier:
- Log into your Visiting Media platform account
- Navigate to your Builder.
- Build a multi-asset custom tour focused on showcasing public spaces and guest-facing amenities:
- Hotel lobbies and public spaces
- Restaurants, bars, spas, pools, lounges
- Aerial 360° tours of property or surroundings
- Videos and narrated welcome tours
- Arrange assets to match your ideal discovery flow
- Name your custom tour: Distribution - Radisson Website - Overview Page
- Open tour settings and configure:
- Menus: Hidden
- Property Info Card: Disabled
- Digital Business Card: Disabled
- Navigate to Share to copy your custom tour link.
Step 2: Submit to Your Enveritas Group Representative
Now you're ready to integrate your virtual tour:
- Email your Enveritas Group representative
- Include your virtual tour link
- Request that the link be embedded on the right-hand side of your Homepage (Overview page)
- Specify that you'd like the tour to display in a popup modal for the best user experience
Your Enveritas representative will handle the technical integration from there.
Tour Configuration Best Practices
When creating tours for your Radisson website using Pro tier, apply these settings to ensure a clean, professional viewing experience:
| Setting | Recommended Status |
| Menus | Hidden |
| Property Info Card | Disabled |
| Digital Business Card | Disabled |
Integration Best Practices
For the best user experience on your Radisson website:
- Use popup modals whenever possible to keep visitors on your website and ensure faster load times
- Avoid opening tours in new tabs or embedding them directly on the page, as these methods can slow load times and disrupt the booking flow
- Use consistent call-to-action language like "Take a Virtual Tour" to clearly indicate interactivity and set visitor expectations
- Match content to your brand identity: Choose assets that align with your property's unique character and the Radisson experience
Ensure Tours Load Smoothly
Virtual tours work best when your website is configured to allow content from approved domains. Share this domain allowlist with your IT team to prevent tours from being blocked:
Key domain to include:
- https://visitme.co (required for most tour links)
This helps ensure tours load quickly and display as intended without being blocked by network filters.
