What Tongo Does
Tongo displays your property's virtual content in an intuitive, tile-based interface that guests can access through the hotel's digital channels. Once you're set up, your 360° photos and 3D models are automatically available to guests exploring your property through Tongo.
The platform is evolving to include AI-powered chat functionality that will pull your virtual tour content into conversational experiences, expanding how guests can discover and interact with your property.
Content That Works with Tongo
Tongo currently supports:
- 360° photos: Immersive panoramic views of your property spaces
- 3D models: Full property or space-level 3D walkthroughs
These assets from your Asset Library are featured on Tongo tiles, giving guests visual access to rooms, meeting spaces, amenities, and other key areas of your property.
How to Get Set Up
Tongo integration is currently managed by the Visiting Media team. If your property uses Tongo and you'd like to feature your virtual tours on the platform, contact our Support team. We'll coordinate with Tongo to ensure your content displays correctly and is optimized for the guest experience.
The setup process includes:
- Reviewing your Asset Library to identify the best content for Tongo
- Coordinating with Tongo to integrate your virtual tour links
- Confirming that your content displays as expected on Tongo tiles
What to Expect

Your virtual tours remain hosted on the Visiting Media platform, and any updates you make to your Asset Library content will be reflected in Tongo automatically once the integration is complete.
