Adding immersive content to your Hyatt Inclusive Collection website helps guests, meeting planners, and couples picture themselves at your resort before they ever reach out. When visitors can step inside your public spaces, restaurants, event venues, and guest rooms, your property stands out and your team fields more qualified inquiries.
This guide walks you through matching the right assets to each website page and getting them live, whether your property is on Core, Plus, or Pro. For the strongest guest experience, we recommend leading with your 360° and 3D immersive assets.
Match Each Page to the Right Assets
Your Hyatt Inclusive Collection website is organized by the moments guests care about most. Point each page to the assets that bring that moment to life:
- Homepage: Public space assets that capture the arrival experience and overall property feel
- Dining & Drinks: Restaurant, bar, and culinary venue assets
- Weddings & Honeymoons: Ceremony sites, reception spaces, and romantic settings
- Meetings: Meeting rooms, event venues, and function space assets
- Accommodations: Guest room and suite assets
Choosing assets page by page keeps each visitor focused on what they came to see, so they spend less time searching and more time imagining their stay.
For Core and Plus Properties: Share a TrueTour Link for Each Page
Every property has a TrueTour™, your full collection of property assets. On Core and Plus, you'll share a TrueTour link for each website page, set to open on the asset that fits that page.
To create a link for a page:
- Open your TrueTour in the Visiting Media platform.
- Navigate to the asset you want the page to open on. For example, choose a public space asset for the Homepage or a dining asset for the Dining & Drinks page.
- Use the share option to copy a link that starts on that asset.
- Repeat for each page so you have a dedicated link for the Homepage, Dining & Drinks, Weddings & Honeymoons, Meetings, and Accommodations.
Because your TrueTour always reflects your latest content, the links you share stay current as your assets are updated.
For Pro Properties: Build a Custom Tour for Each Page
Pro unlocks Custom Tours, so you can build a focused tour for each website page that includes only the assets relevant to that moment.
To build a tour for a page:
- Open the Builder and start a new Custom Tour.
- Select the assets that match the page. For the Weddings & Honeymoons page, for instance, include your ceremony and reception assets.
- Name and save your tour so it's easy to identify later.
- Copy the shareable link for that tour.
- Repeat to create one Custom Tour each for the Homepage, Dining & Drinks, Weddings & Honeymoons, Meetings, and Accommodations pages.
Purpose-built tours give each visitor a curated, on-brand experience tailored to exactly what they're exploring.
