Showcase Your Property on Your Hyatt Brand Website
Hyatt properties can enhance their brand website by embedding immersive virtual tours that help guests and planners explore spaces before they arrive. With the Visiting Media platform, you can feature your property across multiple pages—Overview, Meetings & Events, Weddings, and Rooms & Suites—in an interactive format that builds confidence and drives bookings.
Why Add Virtual Tours to Your Hyatt Website
Make a Powerful First Impression
Give visitors an immersive way to explore your property with interactive tours featured directly on your brand website. Virtual tours answer questions before they're asked, building trust and excitement from the first click.
Keep Visitors Engaged Longer
Go beyond static images. Immersive content encourages exploration and helps travelers visualize themselves at your property, whether they're planning a wedding, organizing a corporate event, or booking a weekend getaway.
Turn Browsers Into Bookers
When visitors can experience your spaces virtually, they move faster from consideration to action. Fewer questions, more clarity, stronger confidence, and ultimately, more direct bookings and inquiries.
How to Add Your Virtual Tours to Your Hyatt Website
Step 1: Choose Your Content
If you have Plus or Pro:
Create custom tours tailored to virtual tour banners for specific website pages and single asset links for individual tiles:
- Overview page banner: Hotel lobbies, restaurants, pools, spas, aerial tours, welcome videos
- Meetings & Events page: Meeting spaces, ballrooms, breakout rooms, CGI setups showing event layouts
- Weddings page banner: Individual assets for each wedding space tile (360° photos or 3D models)
- Rooms & Suites page: Individual assets for each room tile (360° photos or 3D models)
For multi-asset custom tours, arrange assets to match your ideal discovery flow for the virtual tour banners, then:
- Title your tour Distribution - Hyatt Website - [Page Name]
- Turn off the Property Info Card and Digital Business Card
Step 2: Complete the Hyatt Virtual Tour Form
To streamline the process, make a copy of the Hyatt Virtual Tour Form, then:
- Paste your tour URL(s) in the worksheet
- Include the specific website page URL
- For each tile distribution, add the Hyatt Brand Manager (HBM) image code:
- Right-click the room image on your live Hyatt website
- Save the image; the HBM code will be in the filename
- Copy the code into the "Hyatt Code" column
Step 4: Submit for Implementation
- Email the completed Virtual Tour Form to digitalcontent@hyatt.com
- CC your Customer Success Manager to ensure coordination and support

| Setting | Recommended Status |
| Menus | Hidden |
| Property Info Card | Disabled |
| Digital Business Card | Disabled |
Content That Works Best
Enhanced 3D Models – Let visitors "walk through" your spaces virtually
360° Photos – Offer realistic, detailed views of rooms and venues
CGI Setups – Visualize event layouts without staging during photoshoots
Aerial 360° Tours – Show your full property and surrounding area
These formats increase clarity, drive engagement, and help guests feel confident about booking.
Placement Best Practices
Use pop-up modals whenever possible. This keeps visitors on your website and ensures faster load times. Avoid opening new tabs or embedding tours directly on the page—these methods can slow performance and disrupt engagement.
Make Sure Your Tours Load Smoothly
Share this quick list of approved domains with your IT team to ensure your virtual tours display properly without being blocked by network filters:
Key domain: visitme.co (powers many tour links)
