This integration lets you showcase your meeting spaces, event venues, and accommodations with dynamic visuals that make your proposals more memorable and compelling—setting your venue apart early in the decision process.

All users need:

• Access to the proposal form
• Email access to submit to Deployment Services

How to add virtual tours to your Q9 Digital proposals

Create your tour (Pro users)

If you're using the Pro tier, create a multi-asset tour that highlights your featured spaces:

1. Navigate to Builder and create a new tour
2. Add content showcasing:
   • Meeting & Event Spaces
   • Accommodations (Guest Rooms, Suites)
3. Arrange assets to match your sales narrative or key selling points
4. Title your tour: Distribution - Q9 Digital
5. Disable Property Info Card and Digital Business Card

Select your asset (Plus users)

Navigate to your Asset Library and choose one immersive asset—typically a 3D model of your connected meeting space that gives planners the most comprehensive view of your venue.

Add to your Marriott proposal form

Paste your virtual tour link into the proposal form. You'll find fields designated for interactive content or visual references.

When completing the form, include:

• Room Name
• Category
• URL (your virtual tour link)

Submit your proposal

Once your form is complete with your immersive links, email it to: [e-mail]

Optimize your tour settings (Pro only)

Before generating your link, configure your tour settings for the cleanest planner experience:

• Menus: Hidden
• Property Info Card: Disabled
• Digital Business Card: Disabled

Access these settings by clicking the Settings icon next to your tour title.

360° Photos Offer highly realistic, detailed views of meeting spaces and various setup configurations.

Ensure seamless performance
