When you embed virtual tours directly into your ProposalPath Meeting Space Grid or Schedule of Events, you give planners instant visual clarity about your event spaces, helping you stand out from competing bids and accelerate booking decisions.

How to Set Up Your Proposal Links

Choose the Right Content

Select individual immersive assets that showcase your meeting and event spaces:

• 360° photos to highlight ballrooms, public areas, and beautiful amenities
• 3D models to communicate scale, proximity, and how spaces connect
• CGI setups to visualize event layouts without staging your room during the photoshoot

Build Your Link Grid

Once you have links for each space:

1. Open your ProposalPath Meeting Space Grid template
2. Add a new column titled Virtual Tour
3. For each listed event space, paste the corresponding link
4. Use a visual label such as a 360° icon or "VT" to represent each link

If you need help embedding the links, consult your internal proposal tool or sales operations team for support.

Configure Your Tour Settings (Pro Only)

If you're using Plus, you'll share individual asset links. If you're using Pro and creating multi-asset custom experiences, apply these settings for a cleaner viewer experience:

1. Set Menus to Hidden
2. Turn off Property Info Card
3. Turn off Digital Business Card
4. Lock the experience to preserve these settings

This ensures planners focus on the space itself without distractions.

Links not loading in ProposalPath?

Work with your IT team to add visitme.co to your approved domain list. This ensures virtual tour links aren't blocked by network filters.

Planners see property information you didn't intend to share?

Check your experience settings and make sure Property Info Card and Digital Business Card are both disabled.
