How to add 360° photos to your listing
Request your files from your Customer Success Manager
Contact Support and let them know you'd like to distribute 360° photos to your Booking.com listing. Your CSM will prepare flattened panoramic files formatted specifically for Booking.com's requirements.
These files are optimized for the platform and ready to upload without any additional editing or formatting on your end.
Upload photos to your Booking.com account
Log into your Booking.com partner account and follow these steps:
- Navigate to Venues
- Select your specific property account
- Go to the Photos section
- Scroll down to the Panoramic (360) section
- Click Upload
You can upload multiple images at once. If Booking.com prompts you with a confirmation message to verify the images, simply confirm and the upload will continue processing.
